How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the instructions sent to your email.

I'm a caddie — how do I get added to my club's LoopLegend?

Your club's caddie master sends you an invite code by text or email. Use that code when signing up.

How do payments work?

LoopLegend doesn't process tips or wages. Caddies are paid directly by the club or member via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or member account.

What if my club isn't using LoopLegend yet?

Have your head pro or caddie master reach out to partnerships@looplegendapp.com — we'd love to chat.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell user data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

In the LoopLegend app, go to Profile (bottom navigation) → scroll to Danger Zone → Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Confirm. Deletion happens immediately in a single database transaction and permanently removes your profile, contact info, assignment history, ratings, availability, and notification tokens. If you can't access your account, email support@looplegendapp.com.
